Please be advised that in accordance with the District’s policies and procedures all students enrolled in the Garfield Public Schools may be subject to residency verification throughout the school year.   Families falsifying residency or determined to not be eligible for enrollment in the District may be subject to payment of back tuition and removal from the school.

FAMILIES NEW TO THE DISTRICT WHO WISH TO ENROLL THEIR CHILD(REN) MUST COMPLETE THE PRE-REGISTRATION FORM.

THIS FORM SHOULD NOT BE COMPLETED FOR STUDENTS WHO ARE CURRENTLY ENROLLED IN THE DISTRICT.
